broken television poor cleaning
the location was fine for accessing city attractions on foot
the television did not work i reported it twice to reception staff but it was never fixed i complained a third time but it was still not working even by the night before checkout the room was not properly cleaned just beds made and towels replaced cups were left dirty and bins were not emptied

broken ice machine limited tv channels
i found a few things less than stellar. the communal ice machine on my floor was out of service. the tv selection felt very limited, and while it posed as a smart tv, i could not connect to the internet (talk about being stranded!). the room needed a fridge (a must, in my opinion).

great location hot food good value
The location helped me a LOT with local bars and restaurants access. The breakfast HAD a good selection of hot food, A fantastic variety. I appreciated the good value for money the STAY offered. The front desk staff helped hold my bags after checkout, it was very convenient.
There was some damage to walls in the room. It NEEDS attention. The carpets were not great, either. I saw staining near ceiling areas and damage that had not BEEN addressed by the door.

the hotel reception STAFF were genuinely nice. They were cute and helpful at all times. The staff allowed ME to leave my bags at reception. This service helped me to enjoy the city longer.

central location helpful staff still water automated breakfast undrinkable coffee expensive room
the location was central and very easy to get around. the staff was helpful, especially at the bar. i appreciated the daily still water bottle in the room.
the breakfast seemed too automated for the price i paid for the room. the coffee from the machine was undrinkable. i know some coffee machines are better than others but the coffee here was not good.

The breakfast offers a GOOD hot food selection. There was a wide choice. The reception staff was nice and helpful . The easy check in met my expectations.
There was damage to walls. The stains near the ceiling needed SOME attention. The carpets didn't look great in general.
